Jesus Christ of Nazareth
Jesus was Predestined
1 Peter 1:20 Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you,
Jesus is the image of the invisible God
Colossians 1:15 Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:
Adam was a figure of Jesus
Romans 5:14 Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam’s transgression, who is the figure of him that was to come.
Jesus is King
Isaiah 9:6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
Jesus’ Purpose
1 John 3:8 He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.
Jesus opened the eyes of His disciples to the scriptures.
Luke 24:45 Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures,
Praise You Jesus, Jesus Christ of Nazareth is Lord, Jesus is my Lord
I know Jesus is The Son of God.
We have faith in Jesus Christ
We give thanks to God and the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, praying always for you, since we heard of your faith in Christ Jesus, and of the love which ye have to all the saints, Col. 1:13,14
I know Jesus is The Son of God, I worship Jesus today
Then those who were in the boat came and WORSHIPPED Him, saying, “Truly You are the SON OF GOD.”” Matthew 14:33 NKJV
“Let all the angels of God WORSHIP HIM.””Hebrews 1:6 NKJV
“And as they went to tell His disciples, behold, Jesus met them, saying, “Rejoice!” So they came and held Him by the feet and WORSHIPPED HIM.” Matthew 28:9
We are in Christ, We are new creatures in Jesus,Old things have passed away
Behold all things have been made new
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come into being. 2 Corinthians 5:17
I have been crucified with Christ, it’s no longer I who live, but Jesus is living in me
I live by faith in Jesus
I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. Galatians 2:20
I choose, of a decision of my own will to lay down my own life with Christ, just as He laid His life down voluntarily for me.
John 10:17 Therefore doth my Father love me, because I lay down my life, that I might take it again.
John 10:18 No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father.
(Jesus gave us His example to follow of the decision that must be made to lay down our life, or our own will, with Christ and voluntarily be crucified with Him. To choose to serve God and His purposes rather than always pursue our own personal interests)
Jesus Christ is Lord, Jesus is my Lord
I come to and choose fellowship with Jesus today and stay in fellowship with Him throughout the day.
“that which we have seen and heard we declare to you, that you also may have fellowship with us; and truly our fellowship is with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ.” I John 1:3 NKJV
Jesus is The Word of God
7 The law of the LORD is perfect, reviving the soul; the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple;
8 the precepts of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart; the commandment of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes;
9 the fear of the LORD is clean, enduring forever; the rules of the LORD are true, and righteous altogether.
10 More to be desired are they than gold, even much fine gold; sweeter also than honey and drippings of the honeycomb.
11 Moreover, by them is your servant warned; in keeping them there is great reward. – Psalm 19:7-11
I am saved by the blood of Jesus Christ, I have the mind of Christ
“For who has understood the mind of the Lord so as to instruct him?” But we have the mind of Christ. – 1 Corinthians 2:16
Jesus emptied Himself, by taking the form of a servant and being born in the likeness of men.
7 but emptied himself, by taking the form of a servant, being born in the likeness of men.
8 And being found in human form, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross.
9 Therefore God has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above every name,
10 so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth,
11 and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. –
“Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling; for it is God who works in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure. 14 Do all things without complaining and disputing, 15 that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world,” Philippians 2:2-15
